Penile discharge while passing stool

White fluid, usually that looks like semen comes out from urethra/penis while defecating. STI tests was ok. But what could this be?

I don’t think that this ⬇️ is a good answer

“It’s because the rectum is located behind the prostate and the stool is squeezing the prostate gland on its way out which is resulting the discharge”

Cz all men have a same anatomy/ all men have prostate & rectum but not all complaining about this phenomenon.
I think that there might be some underlying cause to that rather than its just Saying that it’s  because the bowel movement mechanisms.

Yeah, but you're the only you.  And no, we don't all have exactly the same anatomy.  Placement is a bit different all over the body.  If you're truly concerned, though, see a urologist.  Peace.
