Penile fracture

Hi , around 20 hours ago I fractured my penis  (while erected) I'm not sure if I heard a snap sound but I did feel the pressure  and noticed the injury.I lost my erection immediately and lost almost total feeling of my penis. Thankfully  a couple of hours later  I regained feelings  in my penis . My testicle felt perfectly  fine and my penis too. However my penis felt as if it was paralysed I couldn't feeling any nerve at the lower part of my upper penis (the most sensitive part) I became very frightened  and panicked. I decided  to give it a day and hope it may recover. Furtunately for me I didn't suffer any of the symptoms of major penis fracture like: blood urination, pain ,discolouration of penis, bruisings or a bent penis. In fact I didn't feel any pain or discomfort  (except for reduced feelings in my penis) but rather became dizzy  for fear  of future  problems. I have abstrained from sex or anything involving it, in order to heal. Can I PLEASE get professional  advice and recommendations .
Thank you

If you are urinating properly, waking up with morning erections, feeling no pain, numbness, or other discomforts in your penis, those are all good signs.  Also, if you masturbate and ejaculate without any problem, that is a further good indication.  If anything unusual is found, visit with a urologist.

Thank you for responding and yes I knew that but I'm not looking for information  on the anatomy of pens. I desperately  need to know if I'm suffering from minor penile fracture or not. Since I'm sure I'm not suffering from major penile fracture (bleeding, pain, bruising etc. I wanna KNOW whether my penis will gain full recovery on its own or not. Please answer my question  if you know
Thank
