Penis Shaft and Testicle Pain

Recently, I had mutual masturbation with another male and he jerked off my penis very very hard until I ejaculated. At the time, I was embarrassed to say anything to the man who I was with. After ejaculated, he still jerked me off hard for a few more seconds. This was four days ago and I had soreness and pain in the shaft of my penis and pain in my testicles. Will this be permanent? Did my sexual organs suffer any long-lasting damage?
Please offer me advice because I am stressing about my sex life going away!

You shouldn't still have pain. You should see your doctor to make sure there isn't an injury that needs attention.

No one can say if it's permanent or not without knowing if anything happened. Your doctor needs to take a look. All you need to say is that you received mutual masturbation. You don't have to say anything about the gender of your partner if you don't want to.
