Penis need help

I’m going through puberty and remembered about 1 year ago having some bumps under the skin and 3months ago I received a ******** and about 1-2months after more bumps like before but harder as I explained showed up on the side of shaft.I have some hard bumps on the side of my penis shaft that are white and kinda some paleness not complete bright white but with a kinda tan white. I have a lot of small bumps. Some bumps have little white little tiny hairs sticking out and very few have actual pubic hairs on the bump Along the shaft .they itch sometimes not bad and I have not trouble peeing or anything.I also have a row of kinda white bumps around the very bottom top part of my penis shaft where my public hair is.have hundreds of little bumps and they stop about 1-2inches away from head I also have the same but not as bad bumps on the left side of my shaft. I think it’s forDyce spots or follicitiles.
