Penis tip redness, irritation

Hi,

For the past few weeks I've had this redness on my penis tip. It looks sort of like it was cut open, and it sometimes gives some irritation but not all the time, it comes and goes. It feels kinda weird when I urinate, not burning, just slight weirdness. Also, during an erection the tip feels as if its being stretched.

Me and my girlfriend haven't hung out for a while and so I had a lot of masturbation sessions during this time. I think I may have gotten too rough since this kind of pain happened once when she got a little rough with her handjob. But this time it's lasted a bit too long and it's sorta creeping me out.

I'm uncut, but I try and keep it as clean as possible underneath. There's no discharge of any sort and no other issues, just that redness. I have a feeling I may have ripped the skin apart while masturbating but shouldn't there have been an immediate pain right there and then? Could it be chafing? I did a lot of research and those are the two main things. I don't think it's a yeast infection or balantis since there's no other symptoms present from those.

Please help me out, I'm kinda scared. I don't want to go to a doctor just yet since I don't want to go on meds that might cause more issues later on (which I'm sure she'll give me).

I've been having the same redness inside my foreskin and glans for more than a year they come and go. I have visited several doctors five of them were urologyst, the general doctors prescribe me antifungus creams and all kind of medications. I noticed that the creams were making my foreskin very thin so I discontinued the use of them. The urologyst told me that the creams were just gonna give me temporary relief and that the only solution would be to circumsice my penis (I'm uncut). Well none of the medication worked and the redness and irritation are now worse with the hot summer. I can not even wash my penis with soap because it will irritate it. Therefore, I have already scheduled my circumsicion for june 21. Believe me I tried to avoid circumsicion, but doctor said I have balanophostitis that is an inflammation of the foreskin and irritation of the glans. My advice would be to visit an urologyst. I even traveled to Mexico to get a second opinion and they agreed in circumsicion. (In Mexico circumsicion is not very popular)  Good luck  Raf
