Pimple-like thing on buttcrack that bleeds.

so i have this pimple like thing on my buttcrack, it has an opening on it, and when i was checking my self out(rofl) i saw that in the opening there was flesh-like things..(...) anyway it bleeds ALOT and ive had it for quite a long time now.
i've looked it up and i think im certain it isn't a boil. anyway its kind of embarrassing so i haven't told anyone about it yet(im 15) so i was wondering if there is a way for me to heal it or something.
first off i just felt alot of itching on my buttcrack and then after a while this thing appeared. now it itches and bleeds an awful lot. i have no idea what it is and what to do about it, please provide advice.

Butt crack problems can be difficult to heal on your own and the infection can spread inwards.

As your parents to make an appointment and take you to see the doctor.
The doctor will be able to examine the butt crack and see exactly what it is.  As it has been itching and you have seen "flesh like things" inside, there may be an infestation of worms or a parasite and that can cause itching.

Itching and scratching can become a vicious circle. So the more you scratch, you damage the surface of the skin, and then the more it itches.

Although it is embarrassing for you, the doctor will have seen a lot of all body bits so do not worry about that.    As you are 15, you will probably be too embarrassed to let your mum have a look.

Get seen to by your doctor as soon as you can, these things can fester and get much worse.  So the sooner you get seen the sooner you will be able to get it sorted.  Make sure that you wash your hands every time after you have used the toilet or touched yourself down below.  Always wash your hands before eating any food and wash fresh raw fruit and vegetables before eating them.

Let us know how you get on.
Best wishes.

It's possible that this could be an insect bite. If you're still having itching and bleeding you really should tell your parents about this so they can take you to the Dr.

I was thinking a possible boil too when I first started reading your post. They will start off kind of like a pimple, get a big pus head and then pop drain and heal. This can go on for a couple of weeks. You say you've had it for awhile, how long ?
I really recommend that you talk to your parents about this and then see your Dr. There is no need to be embarrassed.
