Premature Ejaculation

I recently have just started to recover from Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction but I still have been going through Premature ejaculation.

I know this because when I masturbate, I release in about 2-3minutes or even lesser. How do I cure myself? I'm soon going to be getting laid and I don't want to disappoint my partner or myself.

Earlier I could last for about 5-10 minutes at least. But After my erectile dysfunction issue its been really sad for me.

I have started masturbating again, I was trying to get my penis used to the sensation but apparently It doesn't seem to be working out.

Please advise, How should I cure my self and last longer?

Thanks for the info.

Do the creams that you mentioned about totally cure the premature ejaculation problem or is it just temporary cure? And yes, You can tell me where exactly is it supposed to be applied at.

Stay strong and keep away from porn or any exotic visual stimuli. It will come back eventually.

There are three ways that you can fix premature ejaculation. They are:

1.Behaviour Modification. This requires practise and may benefit from the help of a sex counsellor. Basically it is about learning to recognise your point of no return when you know that if sexual stimulation continues beyond that point that you will ejaculate. At that precise point you discontinue all stimulation and let things settle down before starting again.
A lot of men tell me that they are unable to do this and I have to respect the validity of their point of view.

2. Topical Anaesthetics. These come in creams or gels such as Emla or Promescent. Clinical studies have shown these to be effective. Exactly where the gel is applied is crucial and I can help you with this if you wish.

3 The SSRI group of drugs. These too are very effective in showing down ejaculation. They are not without side effects of course but often the benefit/risk ratio is justifiable.
