Dear Sir,
              I am 30 years old and got married 3 years ago.I am suffering from Premature Ejaculation.my semen gets discharged within few seconds while penetration  inside the vagina. I already asked from my wife about it and she also told me that my semen gets discharged earlier than her everytime.what should I do?

Hey, just know you aren't alone and lots of guys go through this.  This article has some remedies https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/premature-ejaculation/diagnosis-treatment/drc-20354905  Behavioral therapy or training your brain can really help.  Do you masturbate?  Sometimes masturbating an hour or two before being with your partner can help.  Changing what you do so there is less direct stimulation may help.  They also talk about strengthening your pelvic floor muscles. The stop squeeze technique can delay things.  The article explains how. Basically,      Begin sexual activity as usual, including stimulation of the penis, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate.      Have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft, and maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until the urge to ejaculate passes. And lastly,     Have your partner repeat the squeeze process as necessary.
