Raised brown moles (?) on shaft of penis

I can't remember my exact history with these moles I've discovered on the shaft of my penis. I can remember having at least one for awhile now (a few years, longer), but I think one of them seems more recent, like 5-6 months old. Two of the moles are raised. Two others - which are fairly new and appeared around the same time as the new raised one (5-6 months perhaps?) - are not raised, and are light brown in color. The raised ones are brown in color, and are about 3-4mm in diameter, and 1-2mm tall. None of the moles burn or itch, nor is there any fluid that comes out. The texture is raised and smooth. I've included a picture. Please help me!
