Rash at base of penis and a few bumps on the head

Hi, I'm 17 and just today discovered that I have rash about an inch in radius followed by a line of little red bumps..? A couple are starting to appear on the head as well. I've been having sex with my girlfriend for about 5 months now and am haven't had any trouble with this before. It's starting to freak me out because I have no clue what it might be. I've looked and a few things say it's scabies? But I'm just not too sure. I'm really scared and don't want to tell anyone because it's really awkward. If a doctor or someone could reply to this it would be greatly appreciated.

Could it be from friction or something..? Even if it were, I'm still a bit baffled that it would be red little dots..

dude u need to get that looked at asap dnt feel awkward about it its ur health and one of the most important parts of ur body.

if you dnt wanna tell ur parents bout it tell them u have a sore throat or something then when ur at the doctor show it to them.

or find a free medical clinic in ur area and schedule an appointment. its free and discreet and they can give u meds for it and tell u how serious or non serious it is.

best of luck man
