Red small dots on shoulders
Hi, i havent got acne or something like acne before but i got lots of red dots on my shoulders. Theyr not itchy or anything. any help how to get rid of them?

well i was in doctor appointment wednesday because i got sinusitis and he didnt say anything about those dots.
And, you showed him and specifically asked what they might be?
