Red spot on the underside of my penis glands, been there for 15 years

I have a red spot on my penis  its been there for 15 years. I had it even before I ever had sex. It doesn't hurt or itch. It doesn't get better or worse. I took a picture and zoomed it and it just a bunch of tiny bright red veins. Is there anyway to get rid of it or help change the color? I forget its there most of the time it doesn't cause any discomfort. Wish there was a option for pictures

It could be a spider nevus, or spider angioma. This is a "collection of small, dilated arterioles (blood vessels) clustered very close to the surface of the skin." https://www.healthline.com/health/spider-angioma

It isn't dangerous, but you should let your doctor check it next time you're there, just to make sure.

There's also spider veins, or telangiectasia. This is just the wiki article, but it has a great pic - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telangiectasia

This is a better article on it - https://www.healthline.com/health/telangiectasia

They can use a laser on it to treat them, like varicose veins, but talk to a dermatologist about treatment, if you even need it. Get it diagnosed first.
