Reddish area with different texture on the penis

Hi,
About 5 years ago I noticed the skin of the glans of the penis with a thinner and reddish region.  It shines differently and, when passing the towel after showering or drying with toilet paper, it sticks more than the other regions.  In fact, once a hair stuck there and when I took it out, it bled.  It gets very red after intercourse and looks a little more fragile.  I've tried treatment with antifungal, antibiotic, corticosteroid, coconut soap, cotton underwear, diaper rash ointment and nothing works.  Would it be the case to remove the little excess skin I have?  Best regards

It could be eczema, or something of the like. Have you ever seen a doctor? I would do that before attempting anything to remove it at home.
