Redness on penis (bacteria)

Hi. I went to a massage parlor exactly 3 weeks ago. It was a happy ending massage, with no body rubbing. The CSW did not take off her underwear. She applied cream to my penis and massaged me for a few minutes. She then used a condom to touch and stimulate my anus with her finger (using the other hand). When we were done she used a towel to clean my semen and immediately washed her hands. She did not touch her genital areas and they were covered at all times.

I thought this was as safe as it got, but 12 hours afterwards I had a red area below my penis. I went to the urologist, who said it did not look like herpes. He prescribed Quadriderm cream for 8 days twice a day. The redness, which he mentioned look like bacteria, seemed to go away. No tests were done based on the described activities, and he said I should not be worried.

The condition seemed to start again today near the urethra opening. Today Im getting tingling on my lips, which seems like oral herpes (which I've had before this encounter). Not sure if this can be related given that no kissing or oral sex was involved. Necer had an STD before.

Is an STD feasible given the described circumstances?

Thanks.
