SERIOUS penis injury or JUST a bruse???

I am 17 and basically masturbated yesterday twice in a short period of time.

First time went like every other, however the second time (which was about 15mins later) I had to add more force to the stroking, and it took me about 2 mins of forceful and dry stroking to ejaculate. Only a few drops came out which surprised me, seemed like I released it all in the first round.

Now this was late at night so I went to sleep afterwards. The next day, I definitely felt something different about my penis but could not point out what so it didn't bother me.

Once in school, I got some random boners, but they were really painful and I had to change the position my penis was lying in, which helped but there was still some pain.

I just thought that the pain was because of me being empty. When I got home and I checked it out. I couldn't and still can't see any difference like e.g. bruises or such, only thing I noticed was the veins on top side between the head and the shaft. When using a flashlight I see that they are purple and maybe even slightly red but not sure. As i've never actually inspected my penis like this before, I don't know if the purple (slightly red?) veins are normal or not.

Getting erect with clothing on is still painful because it pressures against the erection, however by touching it I only feel slight pain. Urinating is normal.

THE PROBLEM THAT FRIGHTENS ME:
I can't get fully erect!
Only the shaft of my penis gets erect, from there on it is completely flaccid! The result is a penis curving downwards at the end.

I'm thinking that there is no blood getting to the head. I'm afraid that this is serious.
