Scrotum and testicle and bladder issues

Hello, Please I have two questions to ask.
1. My have history of undescended testicles and now am 22 years male. I have this issues with my scrotal skin, may be my testicles is included too. I have this painless crawling and snake movement with my scrotum. It is visible while seeing my scrotum. I have use many antibiotic, but it doesn't work. What could this be and the treatment.
2. The second question has to be with my bladder. I oversensitive feelings below my bladder and sometimes tings what could ne

Antibiotics won't help that You need to see your doctor.

I'm not sure what you mean by oversensitive feelings below your bladder, but that also needs to be addressed by your doctor.
