Epididymis pains, right testicle behind tube.

I have been taking ciprobid, doxyl and nitrofurantoin for a month now. but still the is no change. I still have some pains. I was diagnosed with an UTI, in the urine and blood test the was no Chlamydia, gonorrhea or syphilis in short no STI. But and the doctor, prescribed ciprobid, doxyl and nitrofurantoin for me and my wife. I have visited the doctor 3times and the last tested I did. He told I had almost nothing in terms of UTI and in my partner there was an indication that she had UTI, and we were both put on medication, but after the medication, I still feel the pain. We have not been meeting with my partner. And from day one, from the time I started having these pains my partner has never complained of any pains showing of any symptoms related to the infection. How can I go about this, I also did a scrotum scan. But seemed to be normal. I feel better when taking ciprobid but immediately after completing the course the pain comes back
