Shiny glans and no ejaculation after direct glans stimulation

I am 20 year old uncircumcised virgin male.  My foreskin is also tight though I m getting stretching and it is getting loose. I get ejaculation by rubbing my foreskin on glans. However as my foreskin is getting loose I also try direct stimulation of my glans. But everytime I stroke my glans directly I never get ejaculation although I get erection and glans swells up normally. I also have extremely shiny glans. I get ejaculation normally when I stroke with foreskin over glans. What is issue here.  Please help.

I'm a little confused - are you getting stretching of your foreskin done professionally, like by a doctor?

It's possible the stretching is desensitizing things a bit, and this is temporary. It may just be that you don't achieve ejaculation from direct stimulation. That's okay - every person is different on what makes them achieve ejaculation. This doesn't mean there is something wrong with you.

Have you talked to your doctor about all of this? If you aren't having a professional do the stretching, PLEASE talk to your doctor about it.

Thanks for replying. I am not getting stretching done by a professional. But  my foreskin is pretty loose now. I think all these years my glans remained within the foreskin as it was tight and I used to stroke with foreskin on the glans so maybe my body is not accepting the change of direct stimulation which I have started just a month ago.
For stretching I will see a doctor soon.  Thanks
