Pain in the left side of my scrotum

I’m 28yrs and have been mastubating and watching porn since I was 15yrs ,, for some years now I have been experiencing sharp pains on the left side of the pelvic and my scrotum, the pain in my scrotum goes and come back and just last month while examining my scrotum I noticed some heaviness in the left side and bigger veins too .... what do I do

You really need to see a doctor.

This has nothing to do with your watching porn, so you don't have to tell the doctor that, but you definitely need to get this checked. It could be something like a varicocele, which is a varicose vein in the scrotum, but you definitely need to get it checked.

Don't make yourself suffer any longer. Just get it checked. Let us know what happens.
