I've been experiencing some slight pain/discomfort and potentially a small amount of fluid buildup in my right testicle/right half of scrotum over the past few days. It seems to have started after masturbating a few days ago. The reason i think it might be linked to this is that upon completion of the masturbation, my right testicle ascended more than usual and was sort of painful. Since then it has been mildly painful and uncomfortable, and now there seems to be swelling in that half of the scrotum. The swelling is mild and not really visibly noticeable.
