Small Goosebumps Penis Glans

Hello,

I am 22 years old and about 2 months ago was diagnosed with balanitis. I had 2 red bumps that looked very much like pimples appear, and some dryness and redness to accompany it. After using Monistat cream, Coconut Oil, and Aloe vera, it cleared up after about a month and a half (I was not very dedicated to using the creams, once I started applying 2-3 timed daily it went away very quickly.) But, i’m beginning to have some doubt that it was actually balanitis. I believe that it may be some form of dermatitis, as I used some different detergent on my clothes that made my whole body itch.

Now, I have these small, goosebump-looking bumps on my penis glans, that aren’t visible hardly at all unless erect. I have an appointment with my dermatologist in a few days, but I am really getting scared about this. I have not had any itching on my penis, but I have had a jock itch around my butt and scrotum that is slowly going away with Tinactin. Additionally, I would like to point out that my Fordyce Spots which I have had my entire life have looked more prominent in the past month. I have had unprotected sex, but not for a few months. Both the nurse I originally saw and a doctor I saw for a physical last week ruled out HPV, the nurse said that HPV is very painful and itchy, which I do not have, and the doctor examined my penis and said he saw no signs of genital warts. Does anyone have any answer for what this may be and possibly how to treat it? I have been restless thinking about it and cannot find any answers on the internet. Please help me. Thank you.

I have the same symptoms. Slightly red penis glan that is much more prominent when I'm erect. Doctors say they see inflammation but have no idea what is causing it. No STDS according to multiple tests. Had a testicular ultrasound that turned out fine.

Have used multiple antifungal creams and ointments with little to no difference. I've seen 2 urologists and a derm and they all say im fine but there is clearly redness. Please let me know if you have any answers or find anything out.
