Small lumps near testicles etc

I have 25 smallish lumps on the area around the top of my testicles and penis and they seem to all differ slightly in size and shape as well as some seeming to have something similar to a ring on them (possible scab) whilst other seem to have protrusions (possibly pus) coloured either whitish or reddish brown. The lumps are red and sensitive to the touch. What are they and am I okay??
