Small red pimple or ??

Hey guys I hope you are all well.

I have a quick question.  I have noticed that I sort of have a small red pimple on my foreskin. It's not hard but it turns grey or it sort of flakes when I slide my finger on it.  What could it be?

I have masturbated quite a lot lately so it could be that I have damaged my skin a bit?  Any insight helps.

Thanks !

Does it hurt or itch or anything? It might be just a pimple. How long have you had it?

Hey AJ - no it doesn't itch nor hurt.  In fact it's like tiny flakes of skin together.  I've had it for like 3 to 4 days now.
Hey just a quick update.  Today it seems like it got smaller and really defined.  It's a small flat strawberry colored patch.  It's really small + no itch noticed.  What could it be?
I mean, pimples shrink and heal. Why not get it checked by a doctor?

Are you concerned about it being an STI? Have you had any sexual risk?
