Small shiny bumps on penis head plus pus on tonsils.

I am a 19 year old male. About 6 weeks ago I had a sexual encounter which involved kissing, vaginal oral and quick unprotected vaginal penetration (about 30 seconds). Approximately 2 weeks later I noticed small bumps on my penile head, which were painless/itchless, and are the same at this current point in time.

I also felt a thickness in my throat and went to the doctor to discover I had some pus on both of my tonsils. Again, without pain as well. He diagnosed me with tonsillitis and gave me a course of antibiotics which I completed and it did not cure. I still have a small bit of pus on my tonsils.

I find when I do not masturbate the bumps slowly go away when flaccid but when erect the bumps appear larger but seem to be under the skin. I have observed that after masturbation the skin become red and sensitive and looks quite fierce, but I still have no pain or itchiness.

What could it be? Will it go away by itself? What remedies could I use? Could it be fungal?

Many thanks.
