Hello and welcome to MedHelp's forums.  Thanks for your question.  It is hard from your description to know exactly what is going on and it is best to get this looked at.  There are a few things to consider it may be such as pearly white papules.  These are often not sexually related. https://emedicine.medscape.com/article/1058826-overview.  It could be molluscum contagiosum which is a viral infection that results in bumps such as you describe.  This can be transmitted sexually although it is not an std. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/molluscum-contagiosum/symptoms-causes/syc-20375226.  It could be genital warts. https://www.plannedparenthood.org/learn/stds-hiv-safer-sex/genital-warts/what-are-symptoms-genital-warts.  Or it simply could be related to hair follicles or sweat glands.

So, it is best to get this looked at with all the possibilities but most of the time it is nothing serious.  It also is not anything to be embarrassed about as this is also something that happens to many men.  We wish you the best.
