Sperm coming out of Anus due to holding back ejaculation.

I'm a 34 year old healthy male who has had issues with premature ejaculation.  After a lot of research on fixing the issue i came across several articles about holding your ejaculation as a way to solve premature ejaculation.  I have started about 6 months ago on and off i would first squeeze my penis in order to stop semen from coming out, over time i managed to learn to use my inner muscles to block the exit of my semen.  over the past several days i have held ejaculation about 3-5 times and earlier today when i went to the bathroom to urinate i felt my anus leaking.  At first i suspected it to be diarrhea but upon inspection i found out that i had leaked a huge amount of semen from my anus with a small drop of blood.  I have done some research online and came across retrograde ejaculation, it explains holding back semen will result in semen going into the urinary bladder.  In my case the semen came out of my anus i'm a bit worried by holding back my semen i have caused irreversible problems to my body.  Has anyone ever had this issue?  and if holding back ejaculation directs it to the urinary bladder why in my case the semen has gone into the intestine?
