Strange sexual problem

Hello doctors, I am 24 yo male and from the past month I am feeling strange sexual problems these are as follows.
1) I am not getting erection on watching sexual videos and anything else in general, I get erection but its not instant and I have to try a lot harder. Just before this month I used to get instant erection on similar videos.
2) I don't know but maybe because of same reason I am not feeling attracted towards women now sexually.
3) Now the most strange thing is then when I masturbate my penis is not getting wet, or get wet very little. It used to get wet instantly on erection before this month.
Also, when I ejaculate I am not getting satisfied at all. Its like only semen is coming out and no pleasure at all. Also it feels like not complete semen is coming out and half is stuck inside penis only. As I told you before that semen is not coming out with force.
I am not sure why this is happening but I just hate this feeling. I am young and felling like old already.

The only thing that might be of concern here is that you feel like some of your semen isn't coming out. Have you noticed a change when you urinate? Any pain or anything?

It's not unusual for sexual desire to change at different points - sometimes we feel it more than others, but if you have any other symptoms, and you actually feel like semen is not coming out, then see your doctor.

Otherwise, just give it some time.

Agree with the point that It depends on the time which can not be the same,  most of us sometimes feel very low as we suffer from continuous nightfall. Nightfall can be a reason for not having an instant erection.

Well, maybe you've just gotten tired of having sex by yourself.  Ever try it with a partner?  If you're really not that turned on you won't produce a lot of semen or feel a lot of pleasure.  Now, if you have a partner you really are attracted to and things don't work out well then either, it's time to see a doctor about it.
