Strange symptoms linked to excessive masturbation

I’ve always been a twice daily masturbator for my entire life. I’ve never had any issues until the last couple months.
For the last 8 months or so it’s become quite excessive, sometimes I’d edge for 2 hours, ejaculate then do it all over. Since the increase, I’ve had some interesting symptoms develop.
I’m 30, in good overall health and married.
My symptoms started in February 2022.  My flaccid penis now has very prominent veins, particularly the dorsal vein. I have symptoms of Prostatitis(groin area pain, ejaculation pain, slow start to urinate).
The oddest symptoms seem to happen after orgasm/ejaculating, these developed in late March. I notice my skin feels different on my face, almost oily immediately after.  I’ll develop a rash that seems to be Seborrhoeic dermatitis around my nose/eyebrows. In addition to the skin symptoms, my eyes get red, i become very fatigued and I generally feel unwell for a couple days.
After a few days without masturbating or ejaculating all the symptoms excluding the prominent veins virtually go away. Clearly there is a connection I just don’t understand the cause.
How likely is it I caused some sort of hormone imbalance from this excessive masturbation? Could it also cause the issues with the prostatitis?

I think you should see a doctor for the symptoms.  If you feel you have  prostatitis, it needs treated. I am sure that the issues with skin on your face and eyes are NOTHING to do with masturbation. But if you are rough and with the frequency that you are masturbating, you can cause some trauma to your penis. Dorsal vein thrombosis is relatively rare but can occur with frequent masturbation that is rough.

On a side note, from what you describe, it's a bit concerning. You sound like you have literally spent hours a day masturbating. Masturbation is a normal and healthy thing for the most part but you may have drifted into an area where it no longer is for you. Do you have a relationship or a sexual partner?

I saw a urologist who diagnosed acute prostatitis. He was dismissive about the veins and suggested I was hyper aware of them due to the general pain. I have an appointment scheduled for a second opinion later this week. Admittedly I wasn’t forthcoming with the urologist about how severe my self indulgence has been. That likely caused him to be dismissive so I’ll be honest this time so I can actually get the medical help needed.
Yes, I am married and usually we have sex twice a week. It’s been improving since I’ve been able to taper the masturbation down dramatically.
