Unable to Ejaculate

i am 19 years old and I am unable to achieve full ejaculation. I have tried masterbate and I can't ejaculate to that, for some reason doesn't work. I achieve like probably once a week a wet dream but for some reason I can't ejaculate by myself consciously. Any help?

Perineal muscle is in between legs. A small treangular muscle beteen anus and scrotum( in female vagoma; lips) while masterbating when you are hot dip your finger in the center of the perinium and massage in clock wise or counter clock wise manner or thrust your finger inside the muscle. This will help you to ejeculate. You can use a corner of a small table for these thrusts.
