Hi I am new to this forum. I am seeking better advice by interpreting my blood work results. In February 2016 i am diagnosed with low T. To get a second opinion i have consulted a second physician to get the blood work done for the second time. Below are results for the second time. How do you interpret my results.
TSH 8.340 uIU/mL 0.450 - 4.500 uIU/mL
T4 free 1.22 ng/dL 0.82 - 1.77 ng/dL
T3 Total 97 ng/dL 83 - 200 ng/dL
FSH,SERUM 3.5 mIU/mL 1.5 - 12.4 mIU/mL
LH,SERUM 2.8 mIU/mL 1.7 - 8.6 mIU/mL
Testosterone total 92 ng/dL 348 - 1197
Testosterone Free 21 pg/mL 52 - 280.
TPO auto antibodies - negative
Triglycerides -365 ( 40-150)
Does elevated TSH indictates that i am hypothyroid. If testosterone is very low LH and FSH should be elevated and these should be at the upper end. Please give me an advice.
