Urethral Problems

well it started last year september time out of the blue, starting leaking urine as well as stinking of it. But also the head of my penis really smelt, at the time i couldnt pull my foreskin back properly so i thought that might be the problem. for about 2 months i trained my foreskin to get it to retract and still had exact same problems. So i went to the doctos had swabs blood tests and could not find anything wrong with my bladder or health or urethra, today i have been to the urologist for the second time this time for the procedure (cycstocopy) i think thats how you spell it, and he could not find anything wrong i also had a flow rate test and scan. its just driving me insane!!!!! have i got to deal with this for the rest of my life now? the urologist said it might be because i have alot of foreskin but thats just a maybe. someone please help me in the next step what i take ive got no idea what to do
