Urethritis (possibly) after receiving unprotected oral sex

Hi Doctor,
On or around 06 July I received unprotected ** from a 25year old massage worker (there was no other contact except this). A few days after the contact I started noticing mild colorless and odorless discharge from my penis. The discharge was'nt too much and was often only a drop that could be squeezed out when I pressed the tip of the penis. There were no other symptoms. On 16th July, I went to see a urologist who did a urine and culture test and gave me the following meds:
1) Zithromax (4tablets 1 shot)
2) Doxyla G(2tablets a day for 10days)
The urine test and culture test which also included a test for Mycoplasma/Ureaplasma came back as negative. I am not sure whether this test included a test for Chlaymdia of Gonorrhea. Anyway i continued with the prescribed antibiotic course. During the course I masturbated once and the discharge was painful. This is the first time i started getting a burning sensation at the tip of my penis and during urination. During this time I also had slight fever and flu.
I then went for a follow up check up with the burning and discharge symptoms. The doctor this time prescribed levofloxacin which according to him is a stronger antibiotic. He also suggested that my symptoms suggested prostratis. I also gave another urine test, culture test and a semen test. All the tests came back as negative and I continued with the antibiotic course. After taking levo for about 8-9 days the symptoms started subsiding, however as I neared the completion of my 15 day course the symptoms started to recur i.e. minimal transparent odorless discharge and burning in urination. When I went for a follow up checkup the doctor extended my ongoing course from 15 to 20 days and also said that if my symptoms didn't get better I should take Nutrofurantoin which will assist with relieving my symptoms. I completed my 20 days levo course and my symptoms started to recur. As instructed, I have now done a 5 day Nutro course too. As with levo, during the first 2-3 days of the course my symptoms subsided however as I neared the completion of the course my symptoms returned, once again burning sensation while urinating and itiching and burning on the tip of the penis coupled with the same slight seldom discharge I've had. As of today, I am not on anymore antibiotics and will be seeing my doctor end of this week as he is on holiday. I have more than a few concerns as you would imagine as follows :
1) Have i been tested for the right STDs and have i been prescribed the right medicines
2) Considering that it has been almost 7-8 weeks since contact, what do my symptoms suggest
3) Do my symptoms recur because the bacteria are getting resistant to the different set of antibiotics and is there any other antibiotic that will be more efficient
4) Should i consult with another doctor or what else can i do

Please help

You can find lots of answers regarding chlamydia and gonorrhea in the STD section.  I would assume if you have told your doctor about the sexual encounter they have factored this into their diagnosis and treatment.
