Vasectomy fail?

Hi my husband has noticed small lumps on his vans deferens 12 years post vasectomy. Could this signal a failed vasectomy or do I have nothing to worry about?

The spermcheck home test is supposed to be accurate when used correctly 96% of the time.  So, I'd say if you got a few positive results following test directions, your partner's sperm are alive and well.  You could also do a sample at your ob/gyn to find out for sure too (or his doctor).  Well, HE could do the test with a sample.

But I'd guess you had the rare occurrence of a failure.

We did do a home sperm test which was positive but don’t know how reliable they are? Also had a few faint positive pregnancy tests but then went negative so don’t know how reliable they were either. Also tmi but his sperm used to dry clear on the sheets and now it’s white, not sure if that’s relevant?
