Have you been found to have a deficiency in any of these?

The dose really depends on if you are deficient or not, where you live, your age, gender, current health conditions, what you are eating, etc. Your risk factors for certain diseases/disorders could also play a role.

You should talk to your doctor about getting some blood work done to see if you are deficient, if you haven't already. That will help determine what dose you need.

This is a very general list that may help - https://www.webmd.com/vitamins-and-supplements/vitamins-minerals-how-much-should-you-take

Again, it doesn't take your particular needs into consideration.
