What will be

Before 50 days I had protected sex with sw,  after exposure I feel right testicular pain , I took antibiotics it get cure but I get pain often sometime. What it will be

If you had protected sex, you had no risk for any of the infections that might cause testicular pain. Have you been examined by a doctor? Had any testing done, like a urine test? Did you receive oral sex, too?

Don't take any more antibiotics until you see a doctor.

No oral sex.  I consult doc he gave some medicine.  
Well, he gave you medicine, but did he give you a diagnosis?  Antibiotics should not be used unless absolutely necessary.  So why did he give you antibiotics?  
I think he wrote Epididymitis. On medicine receipt

Definitely talk to your doctor. Whatever the cause, epididymitis can take weeks to fully heal. You might have pain for a long time.
