White spots on penis head, not pearly papules

Hi
I have always had pearly penile papules around the rim of the head of my penis.
I also have fordyce spots on the shaft and scrotum.

Recently i have developed some white spots on the head of my penis, above the rim, actually on the flat of the penis head.

These spots are barely noticeable until i have an erection, then i can both see and feel them.

They are similar to pearly papules, only deeper under the skin, rather than on the surface. It's as though an erection forces them to the surface.
