Why I get unwanted erections ?

I get erections in situations even when I am not sexually tempted.
Like when I decide to go to a dark room which I think I would be scared. Or doing something new which is not a regular thing. Or asking questions from an unfamiliar person. Or searching online for a health problem (like this one). And ...
It is very annoying since after that I can not perfectly concentrate and I feel weak.

Ya, kind of a pain.  Here's an article to help understand this https://www.healthline.com/health/mens-health/random-erections

It's actually normal, albeit inconvenient.  How old are you?  It's more common in teens and young men. Is this a new thing or been going on for awhile? It can be a normal part of development.  If it happens, the best thing to do is try not to think about it. Just do whatever else it is you are doing and focus on that than the erection.  It can be embarrassing when you are with others, so just discreetly keep it hidden but you aren't alone.  Many guys have this happen and it gets better as you get older.

I'm 24. And I think it's about a year that this is happening ...
Thank you for your help
I'm not a guy, but feeling weak about body stuff is such a guy thing. If it's happening outside of your control. why would you feel weak? If you get the hiccups or a muscle twitch, do you feel weak?

Just be kinder to yourself. :)
