Why do I always have blood in semen

Greetings Dr.,
I am a 27 years old male and I have been suffering from blood in my semen since I grew up (Almost since 2005). I have never seen my semen in normal white color. Usually I can see it reddish color but in the last year it appears almost brown. I am single, and I haven’t masturbate too much. To be honest, I rarely masturbate ( may be once every couple of months).
Is it normal to have sex when I get married, while there is still blood in my semen?
My urologist was saying that all my tests are normal and there is nothing to get worried about. Any advice?

Good news that your doctor says it is normal and has tested to make that clear.  What I've learned is that it is often benign (harmless) and that's probably why your urologist is not concerned.  It shouldn't hinder you from having kids or anything like that.  Anatomical abnormality is a reason why some people have slight amounts of blood (what you describe) in semen and would make sense since you've always had this.  I would try not to worry about it.
