Urethra dark/Purple & small spot/lump on the inside?

I had an ache in my left testicle for around a week. I decied to vist the docter who questioned me about my sexual activity and suspected clymidia.    I havent had any new sexual partners for 4 years now.  At the time i had no other symptoms than the aching feeling in my testicle.   She prescribed doxycillin and put the aching down the an infection, orchitis I think.   I complete a urine sample the next day to test for clymidia, i am awaiting the test results this Friday   Ive been taking the antibiotics for almost a week now and my symptoms are changing and getting worse. I've developed a burning sensation in my urethra its on and off and can be quite sharp.   I decied to have a look and from what I can see the inside of my urethra is dark and purple which isn't normal. There also seems to be a purple spot or marbley lump just inside the tip of the penis.   A few questions;   - could the antibiotics be making it worse?   - what is the dark/purple lining & the marble looking spot in the urethra?   - could this be an underlying STD/STI that i have had for years?
