Why is this occurring with my husband?

He is 65yrs, 250lbs, 6ft.2ins. He takes a Rx for Bld pressure approx. 8 months; Rx for BPH approx.2 yrs.
he is going through episodes of increasing Bp over short time (12hrs) with frequent urination. His urinalysis was clear and negative for infection. He pees about every two to 10mins. while his Bp climbs. Been to ER and Dr. through V.A.  He does have two teeth that his caps came off of several yrs ago which cause some discomfort at times; however not during the times of increasing Bp and frequent urination. Please give me some idea of what, why, body system to look at closer. Thank you. CSR.
