Semen and Ejaculation problem
Hi Dr, i am a 54 years old male. I have been having semen ejaculation problem for several months now. When i climax, nothing comes out at all. It wasn’t so until very recently. I could feel it coming but at climax not a single semen comes out. I tried get some semen enhancing herbs and saw a little improvement with a small drop of semen hanging at the tip of my penis. I have never had this problem before and the scaring part is my girlfriend and i are planning to have a baby. What should i do and what option have i got?
