can a lesion in the urinary tract cause a man not be able to ejaculate?

I have been diagnosed by a  Urologist that I have a lesion in my urethra. Can this condition keep me from being able to ejaculate during sex?

Sounds more like you are dealing specifically with retrograde ejaculation. When climaxing, is it that you don't feel your PC muscles convulse but you don't have any semen volume?
