Reading material about sex arouses me. How can I stop it?

I am a young man  who does not want to be sexually aroused when I read material on sexuality.  Problem is, I get aroused in almost every instance I read something about sex.  How can I read stuff like this without this kind of problem?

It is normal to be aroused by a young healthy boy while thinking, reading or seing sexual literature. If you cultivate a habit of deep, abdominal breathing, you can control sexual arousal at any point of time by doing abdominal breath. Google abdominal breath. Learn the details. practice 10 minutes twice a day. and use it when needed.This will have many physical and mental benefits. or
