penile scale
am 26 years old coplain of penile itchig and swellin on the head which become red lesion that tke about week then become dark and start to slough away leaving ahypopigmented underneath. am not ative sexually but i experinced contact with a female vagina with my penis once . this senario repeated 3 times this year which at the end resolove whitout any remaining marks. so please help me to know what happen.
It could also be a fungal infection. That area looks pretty big for a herpes scar unless they can really be that big. I thought more like the size of an eraser head for herpes, and I didn't know they scarred. Not sure tho.
