M 34 Y old , working , I see laptop reguraly , from morning .,  .This headache  just started from a week time .Pain starts  around 10:30-11:00am ,after hours it fades sometimes ,and sometimes it takes till evening . Even if i use mobile phone directly with earphones pain stiil worsens. One more thing i have noticed is that if there is no headache , if I touch the  rightside of head above ears where there is a kind of smooth area ,i feel pain,  am touching any nerves of the head ,why it  is paining Kindly suggest  why is  the problem. Is there any nerve demage .
If  i do not go to office or sit simply at home no headache pain will  occur . I have to walk certain distances to my office from station ,then after reaching office the headache starts .

You might be sitting a particular way at work that pinches a nerve that is already sensitive. Do you ever sit in the same posture for a long period at home? If you do, and it doesn't happen at home, then it might be a stress headache. My first thought, though is that it is something about the ergonomics at work, interacting with a sensitive nerve.

Ok , will check on this . But for every one hour or half and hour i will just take one round at office and come back. Sitting in same posture will cause headchaes when i travel distances by bus.   BUt this perticular headache even sometimes soon as i come and sit in office  gets starts on.    Any solution for this . I do not want to take tablets .
If sitting in the office is in a particular chair or particular position, it could come on quickly if you have a sensitive nerve. Or as I mentioned, it could be stress or tension. See if you can duplicate it in a non-office setting, to be able to tell if it's from stress or from an actual physical cause that makes you sit a certain way at work.
