Try the Daily Mail for Friday 25/ 01/ 2013, its a story on a guy who had to lose weight to get insurance, he lost 8 st( or 112 pounds US) in 5 months.

Thanks and i agree about the supplements the only problem i have with diets is they all include vegetables in which most are green I'm not supposed to eat anything high in calcium as my body doesn't dispose of it properly which makes it really hard to find a diet that's going to work thanks for the advice and more advice would be greatly appreciated and welcomed
Hi Spurlock, Weight loss supplemants are not a good to go anyway, but you should mix drugs or supplements without prior doctors knowledge, not a good thing, you either think calorie control or a good healty diet, you could try the 7 day cabbage diet they call it a fad diet but I did it and still do, its a detox diet, that will wonders for your body, you do a week on and a week off, but you can do the fruit day and banana day in the off week as a way of keeping it healthy on the of week, its something I do weekly the fruit and banana days as a way of maintaining my weight, trust me it works, you just need a good 8 pint pot of vegies for the week and away you go.
Your Blood pressure, have a look Cayenne Pepper as they say it equals it out, and if that works you could proberly come of the drugs if it comes down and stays there, you could also google natural ways to get your HPB down.
