how to interpret a testes Ultrasound report?

I woke up one day with my underwear putting an extreme stress on my scrotum and my testicles where swollen due to the deadlock caused by the underwear, the day after i began feeling a dull discomfort (more like a mild burning sensation) in my left testicle. went for a doctor and he said there is nothing major but he asked for an ultrasound just in case. after he saw the report he said it is just a nerve damage due to the stress caused by the underwear on the scrotum and it needs time to heal and only prescribed Neurobion tablets. The issue is that he had a fight with the radiology doctor who did the ultrasound because the latter said it is an early stage varicocele. and my doctor said that the radiologists interpretation is not correct and he is sure it is just a nerve damage caused by the trauma. i attached the report and i need some advice on what do you think is more feasible. i have the ultrasound report in case needed

Take the report to another doctor for a second opinion. But I'd wait it out otherwise and see if your doctor is right.  That won't harm you to do that and then if the situation progresses if it is varicocele, you can be assured.  Less invasive is always better to begin with in my opinion since there is a conflict of medical opinion.
