hypotherma or something else??

My husband came home from work he has a fever of 102, he says he is frezzing cold but he is really warm to touch, he is dizzy and almost passing out.. He has been working outside all day and the tep is -18 with a wind chill of -30 to -35. could this be a sign od hypotherma? if so what can I do?

Probably not. He might have an infection of some kind, like influenza or pneumonia. You should see a doctor urgently.

He's freezing because he has a fever of 102!! get him to a doctor have you given him anything
for the fever?
