lil worried

from time to time when i have a errection and am wet i can pull the forskin back and there will be small white clumps that can be wiped away, there not stuck and not there often. there is no pain, itchyness, or need to pee all the time.  im wondering if its somthing to be worried about or just dryed semen!?

hi Islanerguy, your OK but you have not been washing behind your foreskin, it needs to be done daily, and if you wash/shower more than once a day then do it more, the cleaner we wash our p***s's the healther it will be.
The white stufvf is called smigma.

Visit your doctor to get treatment . other wise it can be increased to level of itching or smell.
