my penis leaking semen

hi I have a penis problem 2 days ago  I ate a home made plate of spaghetti
and now my penis has been acting strangely it gets erections on its own its leaking semen slowly staining my underwear with red semen stains I have to constantly throw my underwears in the washing machine
and it hurts when I urinate it hurts right at the head of the penis my penis is leaking some sort of white semen or puss or somthing slowly and it won't stop I have never ever had this problem before until now I'm really really scared because I don't have medical insurance and I don't have money to see a doctor or go to an emergency room where I live I have started placing large size womens tampax tampons in my underwear for the moment but my penis still hurts alot right at the head please someone help me I'm a very scared person

Firstly, plz explain  your semen colour.


You first said red semen, now you are saying white semen, very confusing.

Moreover spaghetti has nothing to do with it

if it is red semen, then your penis must be injured to the glans and blood is coming out and needs to checked immediately by the doctor.  moreover you haven't mentioned whether your penis is circumcised or uncircumsized ok as foreskin comes as you see hurting during urinating is also a big question of urgency
